Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account, your notes, your photographs and your review history at any time. Nothing is kept back.

From inside the app

  1. Open RecallR and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and everything in it are removed immediately.

Can't sign in?

Enter the email on your account. We will process the deletion and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your decks and cards, every photograph and file you uploaded, and your review history are permanently removed. Billing records held by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies. Anonymised usage counts that can no longer identify you may be retained.
